Who you are contracting with

What the product is

A report on how a website's measurement is set up: which tracking tools are installed, how they are wired, what is missing, and the order we would fix it in. Software produces it from your public pages and from the Google account you connect, and we deliver it in the app and by email.

What a roadmap is, and what it is not

It is a set of findings and a recommended order of work, produced by software, from what could be read at the time it ran.

It is not a compliance certificate, a legal opinion, or advice about privacy law. A finding about a consent banner is a technical observation — that a script ran, or did not — and not a statement about whether your site complies with the GDPR, the CCPA or anything else.

It is not a guarantee. We do not promise the findings are complete, that fixing them produces any particular result, or that a site with no findings has nothing wrong with it. What an outside scan cannot see is listed on the result, on purpose.

While the product is in beta, every report and delivery email says it was generated automatically and asks you to reply if something looks wrong. We mean that. Replying is how the checks get better, and a finding we got wrong is ours to correct.

Nothing in a report or on this site is legal, accounting or tax advice. Take your own advice before acting on anything with legal consequences.

Who may connect an account

When you connect a Google account, you are telling us that you are entitled to grant read access to that Analytics property and that Tag Manager container, and that granting it does not break an agreement you have with somebody else. If you are an agency connecting a client's property, that is the clause you are relying on.

What you buy

• $99 buys one roadmap for one website.
• $199 adds a walkthrough call and a written guide to doing the work.
• A re-scan subscription, where one is offered, is the right to re-run a site by hand at most once every 30 days. It is not an automatic monthly schedule — the product does not do that, and we will not describe it as if it did.

If a run fails for a reason on our side, we re-run it. If we could not read your site or your account, that is not a failed purchase and we will tell you exactly what blocked it, then re-run once you have fixed the access. If it cannot be read at all, write to us and we will sort it out.

Acceptable use

• Do not buy a paid run for a site you have no connection to. The free check reads public pages only; the paid one reads an account, and that account has to be yours or your client's.
• Do not try to break the app, and do not scrape it.
• Do not use it to build a product that competes with it.

Who owns what

• Your data stays yours. We hold it under the privacy policy.
• The report is yours to use inside your business and to show your client.
• Our software, our scoring model, our copy and the CLEAN framework stay ours.

Availability

Best effort, and no uptime promise. We can change the product, and we can withdraw it. If we withdraw it while you are owed a run, you get the run or your money back.

Changes to these terms

We can change them. The date at the top says when we last did. If a change matters to you, and you have an account, we will email you.
